Aaaaaaaaaaand on a completely different yet still-MCR related note, ficbyzee and I were talking some more about how we need/want/crave Bob/EVERYBODY IN THE WORLD. Which apparently led to me telling her how I wanted a scene between Bob and Brian, a little while after Bob joins the band, with Brian checking in with him about how everything is going and Bob saying something about it going good, the guys welcoming him, really making him feel part of the band, blah blah whatever, and Schechter is like, "wow, dude, that's great, they made me wait way longer before they started inviting me to the orgies." And possibly Bob stares at him for a really long time because he honestly CAN'T TELL IF HE MIGHT BE SERIOUS.

Anyway. shleemeri has totally seconded my call for a bandom dudes first received blowjob meme! Somebody should totally get on it. Look, this is my patient face. *waits*

I know that when browsing for pics on buzznet, thumbnails of Alicia has fooled me once into thinking it was a photo of Pete, and once into thinking it was Gerard. Really, Mikey?

And no, I agree with you a lot of the time! I don't really see the Pete/Mikey relatonship that summer as ending in TRAGEDY AND WOOOOOOE -- like, one of the things that makes me happy is how they seem to still have been buddies after. (Like that interview in like New Zealand or whatever a little bit ago, when Pete was talking about how the most recent text on his phone was MIkey all "hey buddy what's up?")
