A list of things making me happy today
1) No work + sleeping in = happy Pearl
2) Ghirardelli peppermint bark, one of the best things about the holiday season
3) Getting some of the best pasta salad ever from New Seasons

8) Oh! Last night I had my first real fandom related dream. Surprisingly, it was about Panic! For some reason, I was staying at a random house with a bunch of my cousins over the holidays, and I guess apparently one of my cousins was buddies with P!atD, who were looking youngish and nonfamous a la the slumber party pictures. Dream me thought "um, that's kind of weird, my friends list will be jealous" and then was surprised when they turned out not to be jerks. Ryan and Jon were very quiet and stayed to the side on their own loveseat, but Brendon was very friendly and kept doing kind of playing/wrestling/cuddling things with people, but especially with Spencer.
At some point I had to go into the kitchen to fill up my glass of water, and Brendon handed me his cup and asked if I would refill it for him with the alphabet, with water and a little bit of wheat.
I was all the way in the kitchen before I realized that made no sense at all. Luckily he came in in another minute and explained that he wanted the cup filled with letter-shaped cereal pieces, and then water instead of milk.
Dream me was relieved there was such a rational explanation for everything.
I mean, I would have preferred sexy make out times with somebody, but completely random and weird has its charms, too.
