you do have to love genre cliches -- at least i think you do. wait.

[So-and-so] had never even *thought* about another guy that way before. There was just *something* about [Other Guy] that made him want to go at it with him like cock-hungry weasels. Cock-hungry weasels in painfully mushy love.

Oh, gag me already.

It's possible I need to cut down somewhat on my fanfiction reading.

I think it's the image of "cock-hungry weasels" -- sounds very painful and messy. *G*

Yeah. Oww.

Yeah, I'm thinking maybe I should cut off my posting rights after, say, eleven or so, if this is the sort of thing I come up with.

The scary part is that that sounds really familiar. Like "where did I read that?" familiar.

er -- sounds like a pretty funny parody to me. Isn't it?

That was actually just me comglomerating after reading the same thing over and over and over. It was being bored with the basic cliches I was whining about, not the actual phrasing.

*makes note to add cock-hungry weasels to Rue Brittania*

I love you, honey.

Cock-hungry weasel? In painfully mushy love?!

I'm sorry. I was laughing too hard. What do you *mean*? I'd read these stuff just to roll of my chair laughing! Unless of course, that's the 163984926498 one you've read. It gets a little tedious then.

Yeah, the first is pretty much a direct quote from eighty million stories, but from 'cock-hungry weasels' on, I was paraphrasing. They usually don't phrase it quite as amusingly.

I really like "cock-hungry weasels". Go you.

Wait, now, let me try!

What with the whiplash emotional volatility so typical of the latently-bisexual-probably-bottom, [So-and-so] was immediately ashamed of the cock-hungry weasel imagery. Did that make him a slut? Could [Other Guy] tell? Had [Other Guy] already changed his mind in the 20 seconds since offering to fuck him through the floor and grown bored with him? [So-and-so] felt an immediate need for chocolate. Maybe cheesecake. And a box of kleenex.
