I am utterly surprised by just how much affection I have towards Justin Timberlake following the video awards last night. I'm a sucker for dorkiness, I think.

You know, I really have no idea why I haven't become more involved with Nsync fandom. I have the fannish love, but it seems have stayed steady on a very low level.

Obviously, I don't have enough people pimping to me.

JT is so not a dork. Dorks don't become people like Justin Timberlake. He is far too smooooooth to be a dork. Therefore, I cannot see him as endearingly dorky.

Did you see the little video clip of Joey licking JC's wax double? Then Joey turned and looked at JC and JC looked him up and down. And then there was much eye fucking. I mean, dude. It convinced me.

See, it's the contrast. Because, yeah, he's all smoooooooth, but then he's beatboxing for several minutes straight and looking like an idiot making silly jokes.
