6/9/04 19:27My computer, which has served faithfully and valiantly (if somewhat erratically) since I first went off to college three years ago, seems to now be giving up for good. I'm pretty sure these are the last painful death throes. (Although I'm hoping it will let me post this entry and chat for a few minutes before it freaks out completely again.)
It looks like I'm going to be getting a new computer before school starts. Which is good, because cute and new and portable (because I'm pretty sure a laptop) and not insanely slow and not full of stupidness and actually making word and other necessary programs work.
The sad part, of course, is that it totally wipes out my "saving for Escapade" fund. So unless I get really lucky with a job in Olympia this fall, no conventions for me next year, which kind of sucks.
Anyway, that is why I haven't been online much the past few days, and probably not this week, either. I'm keeping up with email and lj and nothing much else.

estrella30: I redyed my hair this weekend, but they didn't have the same shade as before, so I did one lighter. I'm afraid I no longer have raven sunset locks.)
