schmericaMy sister just called me on her cell phone from the mall to babble at me really excitedly about how she and her friend saw Art Alexakis at Starbuck's. Apparently, the friend made a fool of herself by gawking, but La Soeur stayed cool.
Today is one of the days I feel much affection for her dorky cuteness, apparently.
Yesterday my family had a barbeque -- which translates to my mother making a ton of food and my brother and his girlfriend coming over -- and we watched bad stand-up comedy and the good parts of The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut. It'd been a while since the last time I'd seen the latter; I'd forgotten just how *brilliant* it is.
