schmericaOkay, so I'm a huge baby; the field trip was much, much better than I expected it to be. The weather was very very nice, the outdoors were very very pretty without encroaching upon me to enjoy its naturey goodness, and I had a room to myself and a surprisingly comfy bed. And there was an adorable baby along! And surprisingly nice vans!
If I had had a friend along, I probably would have really enjoyed it, I think. Well, that and if there were any damn CLOCKS anywhere. Low levels of organization and confusion of where she's supposed to be = stressed Erica.
(I also did get ill at one point, but it was one of the "good" kind of migraines -- that is, it came on really fast out of absolutely nowhere [so that one minute I'm fine, the next I'm really overheated, and the *next* minute I'm so dizzy and disoriented I can't stand and can't hear over the buzz in my ears] but as soon as I'd thrown up, I felt absolutely peachy again. I hope this doesn't mean the migraines are coming back, though, as I *liked* being able to say I hadn't had one in five years.)
I did get a little tiny bit of writing done (two of the requests), so I'll try to type those up later tonight after I get caught up on lj and email and maybe take a shower.
