spring cleaning in my brain

schmericaI'm not the kind of writer who ever has WIPs -- I can't ever have more than one thing going at a time -- but apparently I am the sort who turns over ideas for months and months and months, bringing them up occasionally, and ends up using them all in the end.
Based on my history in dS so far, I am 90% sure these stories are going to get written at some point:
1. Fraser and 11/12ish niece, out in the middle of nowhere (RayK/Maggie backstory).
2. RayK/German-Guy-Played-By-Paul Gross-from-DMDTR.
3. More random bits and pieces of the kidfic universe.

The only problem, of course, is that I have no idea when any of that is going to happen. Probably when I'm deep in writer's block and feeling like I'm never going to have any ideas ever again and one of them sidles up to me and says "Hi. Remember me? I loooove you!"
I mean, Post and How Many Ways? I had no plans of ever actually writing, because they both struck me as vaguely ridiculous. And Fucking *Girls* I was talking about to everybody in a "pretty idea" sort of way for a hell of a long time before I actually got a story around it. Same with Discovery and the Fraser-porn thing, and Contents and the epistolary thing.

On the other hand, Ray-turns-into-a-girl will almost certainly never be written, because all I have for that is the single image of Fraser standing behind Ray, slowly unhooking Ray's bra, and then bringing his hands up to cup Ray's breasts. Alas, that is not enough for the actual story the genderfuck would require.
