Diana Wynne Jones has a new book coming out next month! And it involves Christopher Chant and Millie!

I'm sorry, but you are all fired. I shall begin looking for your replacements immediately.

reading the summary, in the back of my head, i feel like i knew. but i can't remember knowing, and so thusly i blame my minions.

you know miyazaki's made an animated version of howl's movie castle, right?

I had heard that, yeah, but I don't know much else about it besides its existence.

Dude! Speaking of, I haven't forgotten your charity story. The ending keeps slipping sideways and beyond the hill (like Chrestomanci's garden), but I just wanted you to know that I'm absolutely still working on it.

Hee. I am very patient. Zen, in fact. I madly anticipate the lovely end product.

Next month? But I saw it in W. H. Smith two weeks ago. (I didn't buy it, though, because I am STRONK. I ordered it through Amazon instead, 'cos, cheaper.)

I was going to say it might just be the difference between American and British release dates, but when I looked on amazon.co.uk, this was true, but the British release date still wasn't until, like, tomorrow. So I have no idea.

I think Amazon is just slow. I know the Superman: Birthright trade was in comic shops weeks before Amazon would admit it'd already been released. grr.
