So the discovery of fandango's answer to "I want to purchase tickets for a friend/relative, but they won't be able to present my credit card at the theater. What can I do?" faq means that I don't actually have to beg someone who happens to be in Portland and going to the movie already to lend me money for 24 hours by buying me tickets. Instead, I just need to find ANYONE AT ALL to lend me money for 24 hours by giving me $15 worth of fandango bucks.

...That's more likely, right? Maybe?

hee. The worst thing about this is I sold back all my textbooks yesterday, so I actually AM NOT BROKE for once. It's just ... all in cash. I mean, what am I, living in the stone age?

Omigod. Stef. You are, without a doubt, the best person EVER. I just -- *flails wildly* What can I do to show my graditude? I could make you a crappy little thank you note in Paint. Or fic! I might even be able to give Sports Night gen a try, if you wanted.

Also, what is the best way to pay you back? Paypal? Or I suppose I could always buy you something shiny, if you wanted the $15 in amazon.com goods or yarn or something from online.

Ohhhh, I don't care :) Paypal'll probably steal some of your $$, though (bastards). Yarn is cool -- you could probably get 2 skeins of something pretty for 15 (or one skein of something superpretty), and there's always my Amazon wishlisty (http://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/registry.html/104-7009852-7715101?%5Fencoding=UTF8&id=23U2RDG7CKDZY) thing.

But -- you know ... it's cool. Take your time, pick your payback method however you choose -- I promise to be happy in any case :) I'm just glad I could help you see the movie.
