schmericaRachel McAdams is totally a mean bitchy hor of the first order in The Family Stone. SHE HAS NEVER BEEN HOTTER.
The movie is not good, but I liked it anyway enough that I will probably get in on dvd and watch it every year, skipping all the bits with Dermot Mulroney and Claire Danes. Also, somehow, despite being completely different from my family in pretty much every single particular, the way they run entirely on close-knittedness, elaborate in-jokes and constant mockery is probably the closest I have ever seen any on-screen family come to the way my family works. Heh.
