I was doing OK with the whole suspending disbelief thing until this episode...

My thoughts exactly. We call it at home "That silly crack show" and gather around the glowing box to watch the dloaded eps.

Yeah, that was pretty much exactly my reaction upon watching that ep. Ronon was the only one who demonstrated a lick of sense. Although Rodney didn't piss me off too badly either, seeing as he wasn't really, you know, in the episode. So there's always the hope that he was off-screen not being stupid.
