The thing about "Mountie & Soul" is, it's actually not one of my favorite episodes to watch; there's a bunch of little things that make me squirmy or uncomfortable about it. But in terms of episodes to just stare at the screencaps for -- oh, man. Seriously, there are very very few episodes where Ray Kowalski manages to be hotter than this. Something about the blue hoodie + the sunglasses + the khakis that make his legs look eight feet long + something indefinable = HOT-ASS.

Also, looking at the screencaps of him getting dressed in the locker room makes me want to write porn. It just does, okay?

If you can look at that series of images and not have the Fraser inside your head start thinking about the graceful curve of his spine or tracing Ray's muscles with his tongue, you are a stronger and more clean-minded person than I am.

The framing of those shots is... yes.

You know what it makes me think of? The very next part, where he can't get the shoulder holster on, and his shirt's not even on, and... Fraser helps him. I just know it.

GAH YES.

Ray says that he doesn't need help, but then he can't do it by himself. He gives up. Am I right or am I right? (Sorry, those are your only two options. *G*)

Add me to the "not a clean-minded and strong person" list.

And Fraser can not take his eyes off Ray.

Even with the slash goggles off (not that they ARE off, mind you), I can't see it playing out any other way. Srsly.

Throwing in my vote, which is that you are, indeed, absolutely right. No other way that scene could play out. Really!

No, it doesn't have to be. (But even if it isn't? It is, in my head.) Like I said, it works with the slash goggles off, too. I just don't think that Fraser would stand there and watch him flail past a certain point.

::dares you omg::

Sure, go for it. It's just... is Dief going to help? Is Fraser going to stand there and NOT help? (Because that hurts my heart a little.) Dooo eeet. Show me.

The Fraser-standing-there-and-not-helping thing might be a little supported by the end, though, don't you think? When he lets Ray fight the guy all alone, and Ray has to tell him that sometimes it's good to help your partner?

Yeah, that's true too! I guess I was thinking that there's no real reason (apart from Ray's pride) that Fraser wouldn't help him with the shirt. It's not like the fight, where Fraser thought Ray needed to do that alone, right?

Ah, I can see it going either way, really.

P.S. Is me talking so much in here bugging you? Because I can stop. ?
