I listened to that song the other day and realized that it is either Fraser after Victoria, or Fraser after Ray V. Because the silence at the end is everything getting better: "And the world in its cold way started coming alive," "And I got ready for the future to arrive." I really think of Victoria, because of the sweater imagery, and his big woobie face.
