You can't reverse load it, that I know, and if you hook it up to the new computer it'll probably wipe the iPod library. iTunes 7.0 has maybe a way to get around it? I've never used it though.
Re: transfering music, set up a dummy AIM account and do a "Transfer Folder". Usually helps if you've broken it up into 3 or 4 parts (depending on the size of your library), sometimes it goes crazy fast. Sometimes not. At least that's what I do. Now I have an external hard drive, so I think that's what I get to do now.
