Man, I haven't been producing snippets like this since the genderfuck thing last year. Maybe there's some kind of fandom fever every April...

I suppose this comes right after this. So far this is closer to polyamory than threesomeness, I guess, although ferally.

After Ray agreed to the whole arrangement, he went off by himself to figure it out, because Fraser said that was important, that they all establish their ground rules before anything else, and Ray thought that, yeah, it sort of made sense. He was okay with it, but Fraser wanted to make sure he stayed okay with it.

When he came back, he handed Fraser a piece of notebook paper. It said:

1. HONESTY. no lying, sneaking around, pretending about anything. straight out.

2. Don't fuck him in our bed.

Fraser had frowned while he read it, but he agreed it seemed fair, and he put the list up on the fridge.

Fraser's rules were pretty simple, too. He said his first one was a lot like Ray's, and then he did this little speech about the importance of communication, and things only worked with everyone was happy, and blah blah honesty blah blah blah truth blah blah blah, which was fair enough. And then his second thing was that he wanted Ray and Vecchio to hang out more.

"What?" said Ray.

And Fraser said, "This isn't about sex, Ray, this is about loving you both. I want ... I want you both to be with me. It would be easier if you were friends." Which, okay, fine, Ray could go along with that too, and Fraser beamed and said he would have Vecchio over for dinner with them tomorrow.

---And then la la la, other stuff happens. I imagine Fraser's devious plan will work, and they really *will* start to like each other more as time goes by. I expect some time not too long in the future, when they're both been drinking for a few hours and playing cards or something, and Fraser disappears to the bathroom, Vecchio will crack a joke and Kowalski will grin and take a swig of his beer and say something like "You know, for the guy who's fucking my boyfriend, you're not such a bad guy" and Vecchio will raise his eyebrow and say something like "Funny, Kowalski; I've always thought of you as the guy fucking my boyfriend" and for a split second Ray thinks about getting annoyed, but before he can decide, he's laughing out loud, and then Vecchio's laughing, too, and then Fraser comes back from the bathroom.

And THAT's where the nice good threesomey stuff start to come from. AndthentheyallhavesexandlivehappilyeverafterTHEEND.

This is great; this has some rough edges to hang real story on.

1. HONESTY. no lying, sneaking around, pretending about anything. straight out.
2. Don't fuck him in our bed.

Fraser had frowned while he read it, but he agreed it seemed fair, and he put the list up on the fridge.

Plus, imagining that on the fridge where casual visitors might see it? Guh!

And then, Fraser's got ulterior motives. I love it!

Ha, I just went to sleep and then came right back and added more of the imaginary story to this entry. GET OUT OF MY HEAD BOYS.

Hee, things on the fridge are always easy to cover up with interesting magnets! Not to much I imagine Ray has really crappy handwriting.

I know, because you did it between the time I wrote the comment and the moment I hit "post comment." I was like, whoa, what happened! LOL

Oh, I do, too. But I'm thinking we saw his handwriting, didn't I just see his handwriting somewhere? I can't remember! It was probably either Callum writing something in another show, or else it was a dream. Hm...time for me to sleep, too!

GET OUT OF MY HEAD BOYS.

TOO LATE, Pearl-o!! Mwahahahaha! :)

Yes, yes...I'm currently trying to write something where Ray and Ray are trying to work out the tension between the two of them, because I can imagine that if they are really there for Fraser, the issues could be huge. I think it's sort of a take off on your last snippet, or at least I started thinking about it then.

You know, because it can't just be porn ALL the time. *g*

I am also infected with F/V/K fever. It's making me WRITE! More than one thing!

hee! awesome! the hivemind strikes again! Because, yeah, they'd have to work around this phase, in all probability, and for a while it would kind of suck, because even though Ray understands, even though he's totally OK with it, it's still hard for him to deal with, just a little. But Vecchio's not a bad guy, really—hell, some days he's easier to be around than Fraser, what with Fraser occasionally being too good for words, and also kind of a space cadet about some things. Vecchio always understands, when sometimes Fraser doesn't, and that's a good thing, because they neither of them have many friends, any more.

And also Ray gets curious, because he has never, never, not-once-in-all-his-life thought Vecchio was hot, so he wants to know what Fraser sees in the guy. Sure, Fraser likes him, but Fraser is very good at the liking-without-touching, and Ray wants to know what Vecchio's got that makes him worth the touching.

(and, OK, sure: he kind of wants to know what he's got that makes him worth it, because he is, he knows he is, but some days he's not entirely sure why Fraser knows it, or how he knows it)

And so Ray and Ray get drunk, and make out, and...I kind of think they have sex in Ray and Fraser's bed? Because that would be a good one, and also hot.

...er, yes. Sorry! /spam.

See, I can see it starting as them each needing to go along to keep Fraser, and then they become actual comrades in the Crazy World that is Fraser, and then...they start up a twosome within the threesome and Fraser has to deal with unexpected jealousy, which Mr. Rational would hate. *veg*

*beams at you a LOT* Dude, in some ways this is like this big multiverse sandbox we can all play around in together, isn't it? It's awesome.

I love Ray's rules, and they are very good rules. And Fraser just wants his Rays together and I think it will happen much like you say and there will be LOTS and LOTS of sex YAY.

You know who would be very good at writing Fraser's boyfriends both in love with him and very slowly bonding with each other? YOU.

I have no idea where this writing business is coming from. Not one bit. I have so much that I need to write for school, but it seems like all I want to write in the world is fic. Is that how it works? Do you just get past that hurdle of posting your first one, and then it's like an avalanche? Because that's what it feels like.

Help me, pearl, help me! *g* Or, you know, don't help me, because I'll probably just continue to churn out f/v/k until someone knocks some sense into me.

I think Fraser could be surprised at his own feelings. He'd be high-minded about jeaslousy until he experienced it for himself. Then there would be Fraser angst, and he does that so beautifully. *sigh*
