HOLY FUCKING SHIT.

Here is a list of things that happened to me today:

+ My sister and I locked the keys in the car before we even left Eugene, so we had to call to get someone sent out to let us back in and got delayed like an hour. Ahahaha ooops.
+ Met monkeycrackmary! Who is amazingly awesome, in case you didn't know
+ Snuck into line where she was saving a spot at the very front, thus causing me + sister were in line for almost no time whatsoever.
+ Met Gerard Way!
+ Touched Gerard Way!
+ Told Gerard Way my name and he responded by saying "Erica with a C?" and making a C with his hand ugh so cute.
+ Got first issue of the Umbrella Academy signed by Gerard Way! The proper way to write my name is now ERiCA, so take note.
+ Texted fox1013 and ficbyzee about how I had touched Gerard Way.
+ Went to a motherfucking My Chemical Romance concert.
+ During the first song, I turned to my sister and said "Oh my god, Mikeyway is so fucking hot." One song later, my sister turned to me and said, "Oh my god, Mikeyway is so fucking hot."
+ I spent the entire concert convinced Gerard had announced to us on stage that "Mikeyway is hot as fuck right now." It turns out he was actually saying something about Mikey being high as fuck, from a contact high from all the marijuana in the room. I still like my version.
+ Mikeyway was so fucking hot. Frank orgasmed faced the whole time. Bob had pretty lady hair and kicked ass and also apparently broke a foot pedal? Gerard gave me hearts in my eyes. I couldn't see Toro most of the time, and when I did it was his back, because he seemed to be playing to Dewees for most of the show.
+ The Mikey Fuckin Way shirts only went up to an XL. >:( Same with the Toro shirt. I did get a "I Survived the Black Parade!" one, though.
+ SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS IT WAS SO AMAZING. SO GOOD. I JUST, HOW ARE THEY SO AWESOME?
+ My sister and I finally came out to each other as fangirls and slashers, you guys! It's kind of adorable. She's been lurking for years -- she started out reading gundam wing when she was in middle school, and she was reading a lot of J2 for a while, and now she's been reading bandom for months. We spent the entire busride after the concert ~~~BONDING over our pairing preferences and discussing what stories she has read. I made her just start a fandom journal, so she can start actually giving people feedback. happy_coconut yaaaaaaaaaaaay. She is good people! She is fond of Pete/Mikey, Gabe Saporta, Brendon/Jon, and any fic where people turn into animals.

(You guys, her bulletproof kink is UNDERAGE. You cannot imagine the face I made when she told me that. I was like "...The internet is going to laugh at me SO HARD.")

UGGGGGGGGGGGGH SUCH A GOOD DAY. I'm sorry I didn't get to meet up with any of the other Portland people --I meant to email you, stele3! Um, if anybody happened to see a short fat girl with a black dress and knee high red and white stripey socks, that was me. HI.

Also, I missed half of everything that happened onstage, so I'm totally looking forward to reading other people's concert reports. I don't know why I'm so bad at understanding stage patter, but I really am, even when people don't sound like a duck with a head cold. (I LOVE YOU GERARD. HAPPY BIIIIIIIIIRTHDAY.)

So damn good. I just started to burble a post and then devolved into wee scene boys fanboying my friend and just made flappy hands instead. The keyboard fails to translate that accurately.
