Did the costumes make it good?

1. Hey, that was pretty awesome. I liked the first half better than the second, but I also liked the first half of the graphic novel better; the past seemed more real than the present. I still missed the squid, but most of the cuts seemed to make sense.

2. Rorschach's voice is what Christian Bale's Batman voice would be like if Christian Bale's Batman voice wasn't fucking hilarious.

3. Oh my god that was one of the most cringeworthy sex scenes I have ever seen. *covers face* I think it still would have been awful with a different soundtrack, but using Hallelujah just made it worst.

4. Before this, my main familiarity with Patrick Wilson had been from Hard Candy, aka one of the most traumatic movie viewing experiences of my life. I was afraid that was going to color my experience of this movie, but thankfully that wasn't the case. Nite Owl didn't make me think of creepy-ass internet predator pedophiles at all! :D

3. I started giggling during the sex scene and couldn't stop. It was almost as embarrassing as when I got the giggles during Hero's funeral scene in Much Ado About Nothing.
