2. Middleman/Lacey/Wendy. ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM.
3. Middleman/Wendy where they have to pretend to go undercover somewhere! And pretend to be married newlyweds to get close to some other newlyweds! And Middleman's disguise involves really dorky black glasses.
4. Stories of other Middlemen in the same universe. I like the idea of Victorian Middleman especially. :D I can't remember if we ever found out if it's possible that Wendy was not the first Middlefemale, but a Victorian Middlelady would be amazing. Her bustle and parasol would be deadly. MM's line "We did have a Middleboy once" probably rejects this possibility, but you could get around it by just having Middleman be the title even if they're female.

REALLY? DID YOU EVEN INCLUDE THE DORKY GLASSES? I srsly love that cliche so much. There is a scene when Wendy has to, like, do spa stuff or pedicures or something ridiculous with the bride and the bride is talking about all the sex and stuff and Wendy is all like "Oh, yeah. The sex! We're having it! It's great! All night long, boy oh boy."

We did not explicitly include the dorky glasses but I think that they would have ended up existing no matter what. looooool do you think that the Middleman would end up having to go out with the guy for drinks or something? Because the reaction to him ordering cow juice at a bar would be amazing :D As would his reaction to the guy flirting with someone who was not his wife.
