schmericaYesterday at Price Chopper, I got Special Edition Hershey Kisses. One bag of milk chocolate with toffee and almonds, and one of special rich dark chocolate.
I can't tell you how happy this makes me.

Which fandom squicks you?
I can't think of one that actually squicks me, but the one that comes closest in the "I don't really like it or get it" way is probably Harry Potter.
In your favorite fandom(s), which pairings squ ick you?
In Smallville: Chlark. Chlark, Chlark, Chlark. That pairing is one of the few things I would consider an actual, genuine squick.
In discussion about Firefly, I have managed to disturb several people with my comment that the m/m pairing i could most easily see is Book/Jayne. Fortunately, I have not actually come across fic for them yet.
What type of story (lemon, torture, etc.) squicks you?
Eh. I have the same sort of reaction to darkfic as I do to HP, but it's not really a squick, and I can get into it if it's done well enough.
Does any type of pairing (het, slash, incest) squick you? If so, what?
Um. Nah, I don't think so. Incest can get squicky really easily if done badly, of course, but I usually stick to good quality stuff.
Do any characters squick you?
Hmm. Nothing comes to the mind at the moment, but I am sure there are plenty of people I don't like seeing porn with.
Any other squicks?
Hmm. I can take some of the bizarre alien anatomy sex in stride, but sometimes it gets too much for me. Grovelfic makes me feel icky. Actually, anytime I get the feeling of meanness or cruelty towards one character, it kind of squicks me -- character-bashing is a good example, but it's not the only time. I was reading a PWP the other day that I could barely get through -- I was wincing the other time -- because it was so mean to one of the characters. And it had nothing to do with the quality of the writing or the characterization, and the character wasn't even one I liked. But man. So that squicked me, too, I guess. Of course, I read it anyway.
Any other thoughts to add on squicks?
