My Clark:
-- is a teenager
-- is not grown-up or mature yet, but isn't an asshole either
-- is not stupid
-- but doesn't have a lot of social skills
-- likes people, in general
-- can count the number of friends he's had in his life on one hand
-- counts Ryan as one of them
-- doesn't count Lana
-- only counts Greg for half-points
-- has always known he was different
-- has always hated that
-- but has always loved his powers
-- thinks of his childhood as happy and idyllic
-- only thinks about the weird stuff later
-- almost never went off the farm before he started school
-- never *ever* talked to strangers
-- had lots of imaginary playmates as a little kid
-- but none of them ever lasted very long
-- never played real active games on the playground
-- spent a lot of his recesses reading instead
-- still thinks he can find the answer to everything in a book, if he looks hard enough
-- has had a straight B+ average in school his entire life
-- slows himself down in class by daydreaming a lot
-- has stood in the middle of the back row for every class picture he's been in
-- has all his school pictures framed somewhere in his house
-- wasn't teased that often in school, but was still always "the weird Kent kid"
-- can remember watching football on the tv with his dad when he was four
-- still watches the game with him almost every week
-- spent hours upon hours watching and helping his mother in the kitchen as a kid
-- still cannot cook worth beans
-- loves his parents more than anything else
-- can't really remember *not* being in love with Lana
-- still sometimes confuses the Lana in his head with the Lana in real life
-- until last spring, thought of Chloe basically the same way he thought of Pete, only with breasts
-- tries to think of her that way now, too, but it doesn't work
-- tried to think of her the way he thinks about Lana, but that didn't work, either
-- doesn't think about her very much anymore
-- thinks of Lex as his best friend
-- doesn't trust Lex
-- doesn't think the two are mutually exclusive
-- doesn't trust anyone, really, outside of his family
-- has never thought that it's weird that he and Lex are friends
-- has weird feelings or dreams about Lex sometimes
-- but doesn't really stop and reflect over them
-- doesn't really stop and reflect over a lot of stuff
-- judges people on first impressions and hunches
-- is right, a lot of the time
-- assumes people will like him, or think he's a good kid
-- is right, a lot of the time
-- played with dolls, along with action figures
-- made his parents tape Saturday morning cartoons so he could watch them after the farmer's market
-- really, really doesn't like Lionel Luthor
-- knows he's going to end up with something bigger than Smallville
-- is worried about what that's going to be
-- didn't go all the way with Jessie, but went a lot farther than he has with any one else
-- doesn't know how to handle arguments
-- always kind of wanted a brother or sister
-- never really thought of Lex as one
-- isn't sure what to think now that he's going to have one
