Um, how come nobody ever informed me before that Meg Cabot's blog is basically the best thing ever? You are all FIRED. I am slightly saddened by the fact that she does not have direct links to each entry, because the July 25, 2005 entry is basically the best thing I have ever read in my life. <3<3<3.

Anybody want to link me to more interesting blogs? I am mostly interesting in book-y things, or to a lesser extant, food.

mmmm, boring

Playing with the customization options for s2, I have managed to change my journal layout to THE MOST MINIMALIST DESIGN EVER IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. Seriously, this is bringing me a truly perverse amount of joy. I'm in love. It's so clean!

Goals for this weekend: clean my room; make shoo-fly pie for my father; work on midsummer_santa story; read until my eyes cross.

The number of times La Soeur and I have been denied in our quest to rent Ice Princess is now up to a respectable eight. I keep my fingers crossed for this weekend!
