Oh my god, my newly cut hair looks so *amazingly* ugly! Like, I am astonished by the sheer uglitude of my hair right now. Curse you, super-annoying hairdresser lady! Curse you!

Hmm. Hopefully it's mostly just the styling that sucks this much. Maybe the actual haircut is decent, especially once I get used to it.

I usually find it is the style not so much the cut. Most of my favorite hair cuts I've gotten, the hairdresser styled it absolutely ugly. I get home, wash it out and it looks good. I'm convinced that hairdressers can only do one thing exceptionally well. Cut. Or style. So if they style ugly, they invariably cut well and vice versa. :-p

It does look rather better now th at I've calmed down, but I'm still not happy without, really. She cut it *way* shorter than I wanted it, so I guess I'll bein the "waiting for growth" stage now.
