So, two people have written in the comments of my lyrics thing so far -- double_helix wrote Royal Tenenbaums, Richie/Margot, and musesfool wrote Firefly, Simon/River, and eeeeee, they're both really good and made me do dorky squees.

Some part of me does wonder, though, if I should maybe be worried about people knowing what would make me happy like that. But I am not! Because, you know, two cases of genius brilliant sibling hetcest does not a pattern make! No matter what fox1013 says.

...Shut up.

Anyway, I have a favor to ask of you people, because you are wise and apparently much better and finding things than I am. I was telling Lyra about one scene from Twitch City last, but I can't remember the dialogue and I can't find transcripts anywhere -- it's from when Curtis and Hope first start out as roommates, and they're talking about whether or not it's going to awkward, with one of them a guy and one a girl, and it starts out something like as long as they're not wandering around naked, and then even then, as long as they're not sharing a shower, and then even then as long as they don't, like, accidentally have sex -- which is unlikely. Do any of you know exactly how it goes? I obviously just have a really rough memory of it.

I skipped class today, so I feel as if at the very least I should get some writing done to make up for it. This makes a kind of sense in my head.

The important thing to remember is that they're both stoned on the pineapple almond cookies at the moment ...

If you need, like, actual dialog, all I can remember is Curtis saying "... and even then, as long as I don't trip and accidentally penetrate you ..." and Hope nods and they both continue watching tv.
