Last night I figured out that the cords for my laptop are long enough to reach my bed. So last night I lay stretched out on my stomach and opened up my Buffy season one dvds for the first time.

Season one I'm still kind of sketchy on -- I mean, I've seen The Puppet Show five times if I've seen it once, but there are episodes I'd never seen at all before, and only know from being around people. So last night I watched The Witch and Never Kill a Boy on the First Date, and this morning I watched The Pack.

The first and the last of those were rather creepier than I expecting, actually. Especially the last shot in The Witch, because ... eep.

Also, Buffy was super hot first season. And Willow and Xander were both adorable. *heart*

I really need to go food shopping the next few days. There's probably eighty million tasty things to do with the small amount of food I've got left, but I'm having trouble finding what. I did finally make my cauliflower tonight, though, despite the lack of either a blender (I wanted cream of cauliflower soup, dammit!) or a steamer, and it turned out tasty. The experiment last night with the rice pilaf and bacon turned out horribly bland, though. Hmmm.

butter
block of cream cheese
tortillas
salsa
bacon (3 slices)
garlic
olive oil
flour
sugar
baking powder
white rice
honey
nutella
canned spaghetti sauce
canned beans
canned corn
unsweetened chocolate
rice-a-roni
wheat bread (3 slices)

Spread a little olive oil on a tortilla, sprinkle on some garlic, crumble on a bit of of bacon (or some other meat), and any spices you so choose. Cut it into little pieces.

Put it into a 350 degree oven for 9 minutes.

Surprisingly tasty.

I should amend that to "cut like a pizza, and seperate pieces"
