I realize that "embolden" is a perfectly acceptable word, but I have to admit, every time I see it used, I end up saying to myself "A noble spirit embiggens the smallest man!" And then I giggle a whole lot.

Another thing that will make me giggle apparently would be the usage of "most intimate organ" in a sex scene. Because then I go "hee, like his liver? His pancreas? Oooh, what about the gallbladder?"

In conclusion: I am apparently both really bitchy and really dorky.

The words 'most intimate' always set me to pondering when in reference to a body part. I think perhaps inner ear. I don't think anyone should be messing with my inner ear unless we're really tight.
