Near the end of the director's commentary on Wilby Wonderful, Daniel MacIvor comments that when Dan accidentally hangs himself, the dangling feet we see don't actually belong to Jim Allodi -- because Allodi was too tall, and his feet would actually just have reached the floor.

It occurs to me that this would be a somewhat amusing (albeit completely pointless) topic for an AU. Heh.
