Later on, Fraser finds Ray sitting on the sofa, watching tv or flipping through a magazine or something. And Fraser stands behind the couch for a few moments, watching him, and Ray ignores him.

And Fraser goes, all quietly, "I love you," and Ray just huffs out this impatient breath, like, Hi, Fraser, you're an ass. "I love you," Fraser repeats, "I love you, for the person you are. I would love no matter what you looked like, or what body you occupied. Your genitalia is ... irrelevent." And his hand is in Ray's hair now, stroking it gently around his ears, but Ray's still not looking at him.

And Ray goes, "Well, that's real sweet, Fraser. But it might not matter to you if I got a dick, but it fucking well matters to me." And he swats Fraser's hand away from his head. And Fraser stands there behind the couch a minute more, but Ray doesn't say anything else, and finally Fraser sighs and goes into the kitchen.

I had sort of the same reaction. "Aw, Fraser only likes the left one, b/c it's slightly bigger, and fits better in his hand."
