Today speshope and I made a Best Buy run while we were down at the mall to see Madagascar. While there, I picked up the first season of due South for $18.99.

I repeat: I bought the first season for under twenty fucking dollars.

Considering the price has been well over one hundred dollars every time I have ever seen it before? This is cause for my dance of joy. Not to mention the set includes the pilot, has single-sided discs instead of double-sided, and has "Victoria's Secret" all on the same disc.

TONIGHT I CELEBRATE. OH YEAH.

Can one order online from Best Buy? Because my double-sided crapz0r disks won't play in my DVD player, only on my laptop.

The best buy website still has the $100+ dvds on back order. I don't know what exactly's going on.

The $100+ set is the one produced by Alliance/Atlantis, and imported from Canada. The set you got is the new US release by Platinum, and generally sells for about US$21.99. Best Buy has the Platinum discs in-store, but not on its website.
