Okay, so I only just started the Old 97's DVD, but I have to say, the editing choices are kind of cracking me a little so far. It's EXTREME CLOSE-UP CITY. I mean, Rhett Miller is way cute and all, but I'm not sure I needed this close a relationship with his pores, you know?

(Min, what happened to your idea for all the RayK-Old 97's drabbles? You should totally do that.)

This is actually why I didn't get the DVD -- the sample footage they had on the label site was all Rhett closeups, and I was like, but, when I go see them play, I like watching Murry too!

I just got the new live CD, which I am enjoying a great deal, though.

Well, it's not all close-ups of his face. There are some long shots. And close-ups of lots of other things, like the guitars and shirt designs.
