1. Mal/River has always been my sekrit het pairing in Firefly, despite its having practically no canon, and the fact that Serenity was ALL ABOUT THE PAIRING makes me giddy with glee.

3. Most of what I have to say about Fraser and Dief I've already said in my

ds_recs post back in August. Although now I am thinking about what would happen if Dief ever did decide to leave. Because Fraser would be so sad but keep it all inside and not say anything to make him stay, of course. And Ray would probably get really ANGRY at both of them, like, "This is so fucking stupid! Fraser, say something to him--" and Fraser would be like "Dief has his own will, Ray, he's perfectly free to do whatever he likes," all snotty-like, and it would be SAD.

4. On the subject of cheese, last night while talking to

brooklinegirl about the latest

ds_flashfiction challenge, I made a comment about Turnbull/Frannie fic and suggested that "he could whoo her with cheese!" In the light of the morning, I find this typo highly charming.

5. These are all caps I took myself to make icons, which means mostly focused on the non-PG-or-CKR characters.
