Man, SK, the thing was, it was REALLY HARD to stick to the theme. Because he can be so hot even WITHOUT the cigarette! I had to cut the scene with the sink in the bathroom after the first show, and when he's in the radio station with the baseball cap shadow boxing, and then at the end when he's bleeding from the fight with Joe. I mean, I didn't realize there were so many times in the movie when the man didn't have a smoke in his hand!

Aw, I dunno that that's really true. I mean, there's a reason people used to think smoking made them look so much more cool and glamorous and everything, and that's because it kind of did a little, you know? You look at movie stars from the 30s and 40s and 50s, and man can they work it.

Oh, I totally agree that in old movies and stuff there's a way to work the smoking. I just don't see it as much anymore. And what I really meant was that in day to day life, smoking grosses me out. I definitely have a thing for it on screen though, and with Callum it really gets me. Denis Leary, too. *sigh*

Dude, I once said to Gloss that HCL is the big guns of CKR pretty. If someone sees HCL and doesn't think he's hot, they're pretty much a lost cause.

Hee, I should have been more specific. If someone's going to be captivated by CKR on a purely physical level, this is the flick that's going to do it. I thought he was funny before I thought he was hot (because TC was the first thing I ever saw him in), and I'm convinced it's because I didn't see HCL first.
