And, uh, then I tried to do "The Deal" and got even more distracted. Frannie, pretty pretty Fraser half-naked and beat up, and VECCHIO above all -- I would totally do EVERYBODY ON THIS SHOW. Man.

(The entire scene of Fraser getting beaten and the entire scene with Vecchio and Zuko in the gym are two of my favorite things on this show ever, seriously, and they get me every time -- but, oh, that little moment after the latter, when Vecchio comes back out and Fraser is there waiting for him in the car, holding his gun -- oh, that does something to me. Love.)

Um, also, I found a fic that deals with Fraser and Frannie post- The Deal! It is neither fucked up or Fraser/Frannie, but it is SOMETHING. Well, Fraser is fucked up. But then he always WAS.

That's one of my top 5 dS episodes. I love the scene where Fraser and Ray are in the breakroom at the precinct, and Ray is just pissed beyond words that Fraser got hurt. The emotion there makes me all squeeful. And then when Ray goes and kicks the crap out what's his face, (aaaah! brainfart!) I love that too. This isn't the "Armani" cop we were introduced to. This is a real life, good guy who wants to save the world and make things right.
