Since stabbing and murdering my uterus or the school's financial aid office are both out of the question, I turn, once again, to the therapy of junk food and screencaps.

mondschein1 reminded me of prettiness from Easy Money in the When Ovaries Attack thread from last night, so I was looking through the screencaps from that episodes -- and my lord, there is some pretty pretty PRETTY RayK moments in that episode, people.

And, uh, finally there is the following picture, which I include only because last night I was staring at it a whole lot and managed to convince myself that it is exactly and precisely what Ray looks like in the Carrie universe. Heh.



Now I will return to my quest for finding woobie wee!Fraser fic to wallow over while I eat a pint of ice cream in bed. WOOOOOT.

Edited to add: Also, the discussion about CKR's squint and asymmetry from the other day now has two snapshots in my head: one, where they are in bed and Ray is on his back, and Fraser leaning over him, and they are doing the goofy post-coital thing and Fraser says something about Ray's face, covering first one side from his view with his hand, and then the other, and it is cute. Two, where they are in the GTO and Ray is cranky and annoyed and Fraser makes a non sequiter from something and mentions the asymmetry and Ray gets really offended and all "There is nothing wrong with my face, Fraser, I got a perfectly good face right here!" and Fraser is all "I didn't mean to imply anything untoward, Ray." I am not sure which of these glimpses make me happier.

Last night I was thinking about how Fraser dies in the kidfic universe. I figure he goes in the middle of the night sometime, Ray isn't exactly sure when, but he's gone when Ray wakes up, half-curled around Fraser like always. And instead of getting up, Ray just stays there, wrapped around Fraser's body, until it's getting really late and he gets up and puts more wood on the stove and goes out and feeds the dogs. And then he goes to stay with Carrie with Fraser's ashes in a wooden urn in his carry-on luggage, and when he wakes up from his nap on the plane, he checks out the stewardess and turns to see Fraser's reaction without thinking, and then Fraser isn't there to be disapproving.

But, uh. Then I tried to write it and it sucked, so whatever.
