Grey's quick thoughts: too much plotty boring and not enough character-y goodness, but much better than last week; I'm kind of weirded out by the fact that Chris O'Donnell got attractive; my McDreamy hate has reached an ALL TIME HIGH.
Derek's a huge dick even for Derek. I mean, can he get to be an even bigger prick than Alex? I didn't think so, but he managed quite well last night. I hope to god Meredith has enough sense to really, really move on.
And, oh, yeah, I liked the damaged vet. Very hot.

Hope George's hair grows out faster.
Wonder if we'll ever get a better backstory for Alex about why he's so fucking damaged. It can't just be because his mom was a punching bag. It's bound to be something more than that.
