I've read through #21 in Gotham Knights, and ... wow. Wow. Devin Grayson is really shameless, isn't she? Reading these issues are like one long continous glorious wallow. The amount of emo porn is nothing short of breathtaking!

As for YJ, I did find it kind of boring at first, but I'm enjoying it more and more as it goes along -- I've gotten up to the early-to-mid-20s now. Have I mentioned that I really adore Cissie? Because I am totally loving her. I am aware that once I finish this title, my favorite character is going to fade into occasional cameos and obscurity but I CHOOSE TO IGNORE THAT.

(I told Zee last night that I'd kinda maybe you know totally like to read Roy/Cissie, despite the fact that 1) they never interact in canon, 2) the age difference is kind of wrong and 3) it's quite probably quasi-incestuous. I told Zee this made me a bad person. Zee countered that no, it just means I'm really firmly entrenched in DCU fandom now.)

Oh good god. You think she's shameless in Knights??? Okay, yes, she is, but... Hie thee to a bookstore (or library. Really, try the library, or you'll feel violated) and pick up the DC Universe novel Inheritance that came out in June. It gives shameless emo porn whole new meanings. ...It's a trainwreck but you can't look away.

I need to read more YJ, but I agree with you on the Cissie-love. She's just cool.
