Pearl-o, no matter what creative thing you do, you always make me smile. This was *so* beautiful and lovely and sweet, just the way Duck and Dan are together.

I really love that cut between Dan and Duck at about 30/31 seconds in. That just really worked for reasons I can't even explain to myself. And the "afraid of the dark" lines - the images match up so well there. Lovely.

Erm, as a newbie vidder... was the process very difficult? What program did you use? Where's a good place to start? I ask because I'm becoming increasingly obsessed with THE MOST PERFECT RAY K SONG EVAR* and must see this vid before I die, even if I have to bash my brains out on the computer trying to do it myself.

*giggles* Honestly, dude, like I said, I am the newbiest of newbies. Basically I've been relying heavily on the community memories over at vidding -- permetaform has an especially useful post with lots of links to other helpful ones. Besides that, I found windows movie maker on my computer, downloading virtual dub and audio and dvd ripping software, and basically have been fucking around nonstop for the last week, trying to see what worked and didn't work and what did what. It also helps if you have a friend who's a couple steps higher on the experience level to listen to you wibble and hold you hand a lot (I, uh, could totally not have done this without zee).
