Okay, so here's the first thing, is that one of the keywords to this icon is "izzie-lover." And another thing is, I basically cried enough at this episode to give me a headache. So, um, my biases toward the show are quite possibly different from yours! And that's okay! But it will make me sad if you tell me how much you hate certain people and/or plotlines, and nobody wants me to be sad, right?
pearl_o: Also fascinating:
pearl_o: Callie catching George in the lie at the end.
pearl_o: 95% of the time when that happens, it is because of ... being a dick.
pearl_o: Which, it is still a dickish thing to do!
pearl_o: Except there is absolutely no answer George could have given there.
pearl_o: Anything George says to Callie there will be the wrong there, because they are fucked up in different ways, and the history Callie has with Izzie, and the issues Callie has with herself and Izzie?
fox1013: ...okay, that's a good point.
pearl_o: Make it so what George DID do
fox1013: although truth > lying, general rule.
pearl_o: Which is being a good friend!
pearl_o: Would be a betrayal to her.
pearl_o: no, yeah, it was stupid to do.
pearl_o: but it is more understandable than these things usually are, and you can see why he did it.
fox1013: yes.
pearl_o: but, yeah. BAD MOVE GEORGE.
fox1013: yes.
pearl_o: *sigh*
fox1013: but omg CRISTINA.
pearl_o: Callie thinks George's friendship -- even when it's just friendship -- with Izzie is emotional infidelity anyway. And sicne George needs that friendship ... they are so doomed.
pearl_o: ...Cristina was in this episode!
pearl_o: She was hot.
pearl_o: /slightly stuck on Izzie
