FRANNIE. Hi Frannie I love you! I love you so much I needed an icon! I wanted to go with something that shows not so much your goofy brilliance as your warmth and love. This screencap was from the final scene of Heaven and Earth, with Ray and Frannie in interrogation room together, which is one of my favorite scenes. That is also why this doubles as my Vecchiocest icon.

She is showing her necklace, made from her tardis key, which has allowed her to slip around totally unnoticed and ignored by everybody. (which is why my keywords ae "I can't take my eyes off her.")
OH PETE WENTZ. Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy! He's a dork! He's crazy! I have a weirdly nonironic love for him I don't understand even a little bit!
Elizabeth Taylor was hella hot in her day. I love the bored and slightly disdainful expression she has here. I use this a lot just because I think it's pretty, but also to express "HEY. LEARNING STUFF!" because I associate this with classrooms.
