So, uh, I kind of just went on a crazy friending spree. Hi, five thousand new people! I like stupid boys in stupid bands. Kind of a lot, actually. How about you?

This weekend fox1013 followed my advice and careful pimping and watched Cobra Starship's "Guilty Pleasure" video. SUCCESS! In turn, I followed her urging and spent the weekend watching all the episodes of Dirty Sexy Money that have aired so far.

My verdict: very enjoyable. But even more than that, fox1013 knows me HORRIFYINGLY well, seriously. Because you guys have all been saying vague things about the show being good for the last couple weeks, and I didn't care, but Fox actually poked me in the arm and said "Watch! There's hetcest in spades! You'll like it!" And I did, and there was, and I did, the end.

To recap, incest pairings that make me gleeful = Simon/River on Firefly, Margot/Richie from the Royal Tenenbaums, Violet/Klaus from Lemony Snicket, Octavia/Octavian from the first season of Rome, Ray Vecchio/Frannie Vecchio from due South, any combination of the Bluth family from Arrested Development, Morgan le Fay/Arthur in quite a few versions of the Arthur myths, and now Juliet/Jeremy from Dirty Sexy Money.

Incest pairings that don't necessarily make me gleeful, but which can be interesting on occasion = Nathan/Peter from Heroes, Peter/Claire from Heroes, Sam/Dean from Supernatural, Brenda/Billy from Six Feet Under, Nate/David from Six Feet Under, Duncan/Lilly from VMars, and Duncan/Veronica even though it doesn't really count, just because they THOUGHT it did.

Incest pairings that make the baby Jesus cry = pretty much just Gerard/Mikey. Oh, and anything parent/child related. But mostly just Gerard/Mikey.

I AM GLAD WE ARE ALL CLEAR ON THAT NOW. I HOPE YOU WERE ALL TAKING NOTES.

I just uploaded ... um, every bandom CD that I could think of that wasn't MCR for octette and that's only because she got them from someone else. My goal in the next month or so is to find someone else to stalk Cobra Starship with me. And do the dance to "Guilty Pleasures" with me when I visit the East Coast, hopefully in a hipster bar that is Way Too Cool For That Sort Of Thing.
