So it's (American) Thanksgiving, which means I'm gonna get all sappy and teary-eyed for a second here, all right? I'm thankful for my family and for my health and for school and for all the gifts I have in my life, but what I really want to say here is how grateful I am for fandom. You guys. YOU GUYS. I can't even imagine what my life would be like without you, but I am guessing it would include being much lamer.

I am thankful to due South fandom, because it was the warmest, caringest, cuddliest place ever, and I met three million awesome people there, and it makes me believe in TRUE LOVE and HAPPY ENDINGS, and Fraser will always live at the very top of my heart, forever and ever amen.

I am thankful for bandom, because every day since I got into it is a wonder full of JOY and GLEE and FLAILY HANDS and EXCITEMENT. It's like living in candyland, only nobody ever gets a stomach ache and has to throw up. I'm thankful for all the new people I'm meeting here, who make me laugh until I'm sick, like pre_emptive and missmollyetc and blondiusmaximus and almost every single person on wolfshirts.

I am thankful for ficbyzee and etben because they help keep me something like sane. I am thankful for fox1013 and hobbledehoy because they help take care of me when I'm not.

Now I am going to end this entry with a huge picspam.

Ahahahahaha ♥♥♥ That is the only explanation for the words "tough love" in association with Gerard acting upon Mikey that has ever made sense, so thanks for clearing that up for me! (Like, it doesn't even make sense trying to interpret it in the dirty way, in this case, because again: GERARD. And MIKEY. Tough is not the word.)

Sometimes Gerard has to make a STAND. A STAND, JORI.
