I've been watching MCR clips on youtube all day today.

Sometimes there are so many things to love about Gerard I cannot focus. 1) His STUPID FACE. 2) His STUPID SPEAKING VOICE OMG. 3) The stuff he actually DOES say when he's talking 4) His completely bizarre performance antics and faces and movements. OH GERARD.

So there's this really old mcr interview with Gerard talking about him and Mikey going to a Smashing Pumpkins concert and being mistaken for Billy Corgan all day because he had a shaved head at the time. Also Gerard being like "Yeah, [Frank] really wants to see that dude knock me out!" about Marilyn Manson, but I'm really stuck on the image of Gerard with a shaved head. That can't lead to good things. I'm kind of glad we do not have a picture.

Also, Gerard teaching Steven from Steven's Untitled Rock Star how to put on make-up. Several things about this: 1) Gerard is inhumanly pretty before he puts anything on 2) I really dig his coat 3) I love how the rest of the band is just wandering around totally randomly and ignoring the process 4) "Now all you have to do is catch the flu and have your mommy yell at you for not calling and then you're in My Chemical Romance 5) Gerard went to art school to learn to do creepy make-up, and Frank went to Catholic school to learn to tie ties.

I had seen the Bert & Gerard Q and A several times? But I had somehow never realized that Gerard was completely sober at this point, and had been for months. Ahahaha. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THIS INFORMATION.

So Steven asks what they're going to do to surprise their fans on tour, and Mikey is like "We might even shower!" and nobody reacts. *snickering*

How had I never seen the Bob Bryar solo project before now?

These ones all seem to be from the same interview, but I can't figure out a way to seem longer things of it on youbtube:

--Mikeyway likes arts and crafts, decorating, and coffee. Also, wearing his name on a sweater.

--Gerard is Mikey's favorite frontman.

--Ray refuses to point fingers at who is the really stinky people. Even though we all know.

--I don't know if I'm more thrilled by Gerard being afraid really LIVING his LIFE, or Mikey being afraid of sharks in swimming pools.

--Being from Jersey is as awesome as being from prison! Awww. I especially like Ray's little tourism speech. New Jersey has a lot to offer! (I made fox1013 watch this. I make her watch everything whenever I see them actually talking about New Jersey. It is her kryptonite.)

--I pretty much just want to give Bob Bryar hugs.

And finally, I had seen I think every other "making of" their videos, but I had never seen the one for Teenagers before, somehow. BOOOOOOOYS. Ray sitting in front of the fan! Gerard being really, truly, disgustingly pretty. Especially in the second part. I mean, in the actual Teenagers video, I'm too distracted by Gerard's being completely insane to really notice? But in this, oh my GOD. It's like. GERARD. WHAT. STOP THAT. I DON'T UNDERSTAAAAAAAAAAND.

(Plus, Bob yelling at a bee. Gold.)

I would totally be going on for a long time with this, but I have to work tomorrow, so I should actually, like, go to bed. Heh.

I love love love all the interviews with Steven. He just seems like such a nice guy, and the boys seem to genuinely like him, and there's just never any of those horrible awkward moments you get in other interviews, where you just want to die of embarrassment for the person asking that stupid question, and the poor boys having to be polite about it on TV. Have you seen that interview where Gerard randomly starts stroking Steven's hair?

The collective MCR glee about their action figures makes me laugh and laugh. They are such huge dorks.

I can't believe Gerard was sober for the Bert Q&A. Does not compute. HAHAHAHAAA GERARD YOU AWESOME FREAK. (There is nothing not awesome about that clip. The picture of the two of them that Ma Way gave Bert for his birthday! Gerard pretending not to know what haute couture means so Bert doesn't have to be embarrassed, awww.)

And that whole Fuse Q&A thing in front of the red background is completely fabulous. Especially the ones about fears. I love how everyone is all "Spiders!" "Drowning!" "Heights!", except for Gerard, who has deep and existential thoughts about life and death. ♥ And Bob talks!

You know, the make-up lesson with Steven is one of the first things I ever watched and it totally made me fall in love with Gerard. He's so serious about it! And then he does his little snorting laugh with all the tape on his face and it just cracks my shit up. Also, I think someone mentioned this but I adore all their interviews with Steven, because they so clearly adore him and he OBVIOUSLY loves them.

Here's a thought: Steven of Fuse is to MCR what Rick-the-Temp was to *NSYNC. Heh.

Also, I'd never seen the Bert Q&A and wow, they really are just that into each other. Whoa. I love the way they dance around the whole "going out" thing. And Gerard totally knows what Haute Couture is (and pronouces it correctly every time), but he doesn't want Bert to feel stupid. Good lord.

The idea that Gerard doesn't know what haute couture is really unbelievable, isn't it? Aw, Gerard. I also like the "we're not the dating kind" stuff, because the obvious conclusion is, you know. They're just fucking and hanging out and etc.
