So I just watched Joe Troh on Cribs for the first time, and my first response is -- well, no, my first response is that I would totally do him six ways from Friday, and my second response was NEEEEEEEERD, but the THIRD response! My third response was to notice that Suckah is wearing some sort of t-shirt uniform thing, which. Were Bunny Way and Hemingway not enough? Does ALL of bandom REALLY HAVE some sort of freakish fetish for dressing up their pets? I don't understand!

I suppose we should all be glad Gerard never did actually get a hamster (imagine the tiny tiny outfits!). That, and cackle wildly while we imagine how everyone will dress their kids.

When I woke up this morning, it was snowing, white and fluffy and pretty and even sticking a little. This is, frankly, kind of insane for western Oregon, so I spent a few hours being all "I LIVE IN A MAGICAL SNOWY WONDERLAND!" before it turned into rain.

(Man, my first winter at Simon's Rock was so weird for me, adapting to the snow. The first few weeks was magical! By the time I had gone through six months of Western Massachusetts snow, I was ready to never see it again.)

For some reason when I woke up my mind tried to think of Gerard Way/CKR. Which, actually, I don't actually want as a pairing! At all! But they do have at least a little in common, which a) alcoholics now sober b) art stuff!

This basically led to me hoping that Gerard Way never, never, NEVER takes up golfing. Just ... no.

In conclusion, MIKEYWAY!

There was snow, Erica! Taylor kept giving me "What is this shit? This is your fault, woman." looks. But I did not care, because-- SNOW.

It's true. Very, very true.

He doesn't even know the torture he would be subjected to if he were a bandom pet.

I got the email! Thanks so much!

I'm not doing holiday cards really this year, because I'm living at home with the parents and don't want to deal with explaining things to them, heh.

MIKEYWAY.

Hee, Bunny Way and HemingWay. Are they married? Cousins? STEP-SIBLINGS? Oh dear lord.

No but for real though, PWentz is clearly a furry, and has managed to get all of bandom to dress in animal suits, so maybe this is just the opposite? HE'S JUST TRYING TO FOSTER AN UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN HUMANS AND NON-HUMANS, OK.

...mikeyway. *broken*

I was just thinking about that when I was typing it up, man. MAYBE PETE SECRETLY NAMED HIS DOG AFTER MIKEY? Um.

maybe this is just the opposite? HE'S JUST TRYING TO FOSTER AN UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN HUMANS AND NON-HUMANS, OK.

Maybe it is part one in his secret plan to take over the world with his Animal/Human Hybrid Army.

When my bff and I met FOB in October, she asked Joe about Sucka, because she has a pug and wanted to share. He told her that Sucka isn't his. He said he borrowed her from a friend for the show. Only, I couldn't tell if he was being serious or not. Is there anything else about her anywhere?

MIKEYWAY is SO my favorite. You know. Except when Gerard is my favorite. But Mikeyway! I feel weirdly protective of him in a way I don't of anyone else. Like I want everybody to love him and appreciate him!

Have I mentioned yet that your Mikeyway love fills my heart with glee? Because it does, and somehow I don't feel so alone in my own love anymore.

Also, you are best for linkage. Word.

Sometimes I don't understand how Mikeyway isn't everybody's favorite. I mean. I RESPECT their choices to be into other dudes! I just don't understand.

I have spent the last few hours obsessed with this picture:

Image (http://photobucket.com)

Ugh. MIKEY. WRITING. ARM. EASY.

(I was discussing this picture with [livejournal.com profile] megolas and she brought up the likelihood that given that a) this is clearly summer of like b) it's not Frank's style of writing or good enough letter for Gerard, that c) clearly this must have been written by Pete Wentz. BOYS.)

Oh, I *like* this reasoning. Very much so.

And dude, is that Andy standing off on the side?

Hey, did you watch the Joe segment of cribs at the mtv site, or by some other means? Because I've tried to watch it a few times recently and it doesn't work anymore. Not being able to see Joseph Trohman tell me what he could fit in his kitchen sink is a pretty huge tragedy, I feel.

I actually watched it the old fashioned way, on TV; I guess it had been replaying on MTV2 earlier in the week.
