Possibly! It's hard to say without knowing your tastes whether she'd be to them or not. Her first two albums are very girl-band sounding (also the first one is 90s-tastic, if you're into that kind of thing). The new one is much more Memphis-bluesy than girl-band bluesy. Her voice -- very husky and deep -- puts a lot of people off, but I love it, and she's a very strong lyricist. A few of her videos, "Looking For Elvis" (off the latest album), "As Long As I (Can Be With You)", and "Lucky Girl" (from her first album -- if you can stand the unbearable nineties-ness of the videos) are on YouTube, as are some live performances -- I really like "Town Called Heartbreak", which Bruce and the ESB have been backing her up on at most shows on the latest tour.

So I have listened to a few of the songs on the yube [doing too many things to actually watch the videos, alas!] and I have come to the sad conclusion that I really really like her voice but not so much the actual ... music :\
