Looking at red carpet pictures at IMDB:

+ I saw a couple pictures of Jessica Alba and was really taken aback, because usually she makes pretty good wardrobe choices, and this dress seemed kind of unflattering. Then like five minutes later I remembered that she is, like, six months pregnant. (They weren't full body pictures, but still.)

+ Viggo Mortenson looks like a 19th-century American president. I like it.

+ I have no idea who the fuck Javier Bardem is, but everytime his picture comes up I spend a second thinking it's Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

+ Amy Adams looks reall gorgeous, but my immediate reaction to *her* is always HAHAHAHA I REMEMBER YOU ON SMALLVILLE FATSUCKER.

+ Katie Heigl you're so preeeeeeeeetty. Excellent hair.

+ Is Anne Hathaway in fact the palest person in the world, or does it just seem that way because everyone else is orange?

+ Colin Farrell, as always, is scary and gross.

+ My hair looks better than Cameron Diaz's and I woke up from a nap ten minutes ago.

+ HI ELLEN PAGE. YOU ARE TINY AND I LOVE YOU. (She's not even looking interesting. I just love her anyway.)

+ Seth Rogen, I would totally do you. You look so fluffy!

I know several people paler than Anne Hathaway, but all of them have fair hair and light eyes. So it's the orange people, AND her dark hair and eyes, AND that she is also definitely on the pale side.
