I. Image that has been stuck in my head for two weeks without actually leading anywhere

Glasses-wearing, shirtless Ray sitting around with the morning light hitting his tattoo. (When shared with discourse last night, this image was amended by those folks to include such elements as "unshaven and scruffy", hands draped loosely over his knees, bracelet catching flare of the morning sun, and faded loose jeans open at the waist. Mmmmm. I love fandom.)

II. Story I am not writing, because it has no plot, plus may only exist because I seem to like poking Fraser

Post-CotW one where after the adventure, Ray and Maggie end up getting together and eventually having a kid; the niece-or-nephew, half-grown, visiting and staying with Fraser in the wilderness.

III. Story I live in fond hope someone else will write someday

Long, well-written, funny, porny Fraser-or-Ray-turns-into-a-girl fic. I want it. I want it so much. Mmmm.

IV. Generator with many many possible stories I really don't want to think about anyone writing ever, along with a couple I kind of do:

Actually, you know, I'm not really sure why I haven't read more F/V. Part of it might be my F/K OTP leanings, but that can't be all of it, because I do read plenty of other pairings with either of them. I think it might just be that most of the folks I know aren't writing much F/V these days (as compared to, say, the flourishing V/K stuff going on). But god knows I have no problem with Fraser getting laid. Especially s1/2 Fraser. Mmmm.

Oh, hell, I've actually been tossing this idea around in my head for a while now. Except in my version, they both end up as women, and end up calling in Stella and Frannie to help them out, and Ray Vecchio gets a crush on Ms. Fraser that freaks him the hell out, and there's femslash (kinda) and het!sex, and...yeah.

Not that I'm ever going to actually write it, though--I have scenes and conversation in my mind, but I can't actually wrap my mind around a *plot*. I do have a great mental image of what each of them would look like as women, though.
