schmericaTonight's dinner theater is "Trash", the only episode of Firefly I haven't seen eight million times.
The set-up to this episode raises multiple questions in me, I must admit. Because, um, honestly, I don't get why Saffron's new husband abandons her. Like, does anyone seriously believe that Saffron could not think of a story in two seconds to explain why she knew Mal's name? Because I DO NOT. We have a whole episode establishing how amazingly brilliant and skilled and diabolical she is! I am SKEPTICAL.
Mal/Saffron fighting = STILL SO VERY HOT. Her husband trying to break it up = amusing.
Also, Inara's hair looks really pretty straightened.

I think I'm going to wander back off to reading The Great Mortality again now that I've finished dinner (which was pasta with the best tomato sauce I have ever made in my LIFE). Yay, bubonic plague!

28/9/05 02:45 (UTC)I was just saying elsewhere on lj today that I could watch Saffron for hours without getting bored. Talk about triple-T hottt. But, er, see, I've only seen most Firefly eps once, and I think I may even not have seen one or two (I'm SAVING THEM, on PURPOSE). So I would definitely have to find some way to watch them again before I was remotely close to fic-capable.
BUT AT LEAST SOON I CAN WRITE FIC ABOUT THE MOVIE THANK GOD I HAVE BEEN DYING OVER HERE
