I am home sick today, which is a massive pain in the ass, since I have things to do. I am also in the midst of hellish PMS and craving a bazillion different foods, none of which are here. MY KINGDOM FOR A PINT OF DOVE ICE CREAM AND SOME POTATO PANCAKES.

Here, have my thoughts on Battlestar Galactica. In the last couple days I've watched all of season 1, and I'm through 2x06 in season 2.

+ Space battles are the most boring thing ever. Complicated political maneuvering and military issues are kind of boring, too. This might make you question why I am watching this show in the first place, and I don't actually have an answer beyond I need distractions and this is the only show I have around I haven't seen a billion times.
+ Jamie Bamber has a really girly voice.
+ Man, it is really stressful when Mommy (Roslin) and Daddy (Adama) fight!
+ Lee/Kara is gross.
+ Most of the characters I am neutral about, but Adama is my favorite and I have no idea why. I am also full of love for the Chief and Callie.
+ You know what would make this show more interesting? More CKR. Man, my friends list gave me a totally wrong idea of how much he was actually on.
+ Roslin is fucking terrifying.
+ Tigh and Adama apparently have a frighteningly pure love, but I choose to clap my hands over my ears and go LA LA LA LA rather than think of them being slashed.
+ I do enjoy how any time anyone is happy for more than thirty seconds, it is a cue for a giant explosion or Cylons boarding or, I don't know, general death and destruction. THAT'S WHAT YOU GET.

Now I'm gonna go do greek homework and wait for Heroes to download.
