Dear livejournal,

the other day I was cranky and mentrual and crampy and I emailed [livejournal.com profile] brooklinegirl to whine at her and tell her how I had read every genderfuck/genderswap story in dS fandom at least a half dozen times and why wasn't there mooooore, dammit? And Tracey told me it is on her mind all the time and she would write some soon. And then the next day she posted to her livejournal about how obsessed she is with Ray/Ray genderfuck.

*sighs*

All of which is to say, my darlings, I desperately seek more stories of my queer boys having lots of het sex. Don't you love me and want me to be happy? PLEASE. SERIOUSLY I CAN BRIBE YOU WITH STUFF! I AM GOOD AT BRIBES.

love
me

In other news, I have seen about five episodes of season 2 The Office (US). I am pretty much enjoying it so far. Pam and Jim are insanely likable, aren't they? And all their interactions are funny and cute. I feel as though I should be shipping them hardcore, because they could not be designed more to encourage it, you know? But, um, I'm sort of stuck on "Come ON, you guys, stop being so STUPID, my god, get OVER it!" Which, again, I am only five episodes in and I understand that impulse is never fully resolved, so!

I am sort of really enjoying Michael's horrible horrible mancrush on Ryan the temp, however.

Okay, now I'm curious. Which flavor do you love the best? Fraser/girl!Kowalski? or Girl!Fraser/Kowalski? Or Girl!Fraser/girl!Kowalski?

Because now that I think about it, I think I really, really like girl!Kowalski, but I'm not so sure I get very giddy about girl!Fraser. Except Ms. Fraser, who pushes way to many of my buttons.

Not that I object, exactly, but it is not my favorite flavor, you understand.

Fraser/girl!Kowalski is the classic, I think, but all of them appeal to me in different ways! Kowalski/girl!Fraser has lots of interesting places it could go, I think, because Kowalski with girls is hot, but also a really weird dynamic. Basically I am easy.

I can rec you some in bandslash!

just like Virginia Woolf (http://iphignia939.livejournal.com/199446.html#cutid1): FOB. Patrick turns into a girl!

Not the World's Most Masculine Man (http://sunday-porch.livejournal.com/9276.html#cutid1): Panic! at the Disco. Brendon turns into a girl!

Silk (http://acroamatica.livejournal.com/217882.html): Ryan Ross/William Beckett, pretty genderfuck-y.

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure there are more. Oh! Though [livejournal.com profile] schuyler and [livejournal.com profile] ficbyzee have both recently written "____ was always a girl" fics, if you wanna check those out too. No time to link, but they should be pretty close to the top in both their recent entries. Enjoy!

I have read and enjoyed all the FOB ones, but it is not quite the same when it's not my most beloved boys, you know?

Yep, I understand. *g* Hope you can find some genderfuckery to suit your needs. Unfortunately DS is outside of my fandom expertise.

OT3 is not as divinely perfect as F/K for me, but it is still very very very exciting! I don't have much interest in BSG, so I probably wouldn't read the other, but wow, that is a lot of hotness paired up together.

Wait 'till 3.01. Gay Witch Hunt is the single best episode of television on the subject, ever, and Michael is amazing in that. You'll love it.

Yay! It makes me so happy when people start watching The Office. Pam and Jim are definitely too cute but that frustration is kind of the problem when viewing it. Just enjoy it and keep remembering that it's a journey. And Michael's mancrush is hilarious. Keep watching! It gets even better.

I am actually very interested in reading Girl!RayK fic. So, mayhap you should pimp already written fics in hopes that they should inspire others? (and also so I could read them, though this is of course secondary to the greater good)

There is quite a lot of good stuff that I have under memories as genderfuck (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=pearl_o&keyword=genderfuck&filter=all). Oh, and there was a challenge over at ds flashfiction -- all the memories are here (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=ds_flashfiction&keyword=Genderfuck+Challenge&filter=all). Brooklinegirl's is my most very favorite, but I remember the moonloon and xtricks ones as being fun too. damned_colonial is one where Ray has always been a girl, but all the rest are "suddenly turned into one". And etben had some awesome F/K/V with Kowalski turned into a girl here (http://etben.livejournal.com/36308.html#cutid1).

The Office just keeps getting better! Once you hit the second half of season 2, that show just hits it out of the park every single time.

Also, I realize it completely doesn't work after Booze Cruise, but I kind of enjoyed it even more when you could imagine that somehow the film crew just happened to be total Jim/Pam shippers and they were magically editing all this footage to make it look like they were crazy in love even if they weren't. Because that would be awesome.

Um hi! I don't think you know me, so, hello! This is not het, but genderfuck? Remember how you made a post a while ago about Hard Core Logo: girl band? (which I, ahm, found through your tag. Is it rude to respond to calls for fic with stuff you made? Ack!) When I first saw the movie in like-- October! One of my first thoughts was something like, "lol, Joe Dick is such a motorcycle lesbian" Your idea of how the politics of a HCL genderfuck would play out was way better imo, but here are old um drawings of Hard Core Logo, a postpunk novella by Radclyffe Hall. 1. Hi! Umm, so sort of new to dS fandom, and have seen your fic recced around (while being terrible about leaving actual feedback). Friending, if you don't mind.

2. In my main fandom, SPN, I think I've genderfucked myself out for the next year, but here is a whole new playground, I think.

3. Now you've given me ideas.

Darling, I have the beginning of such a story in my notebook (~1000 words, was just getting to the "need to lose the clothes" part). I started that one for you because a couple of months (a year?) ago, when I had just friended you, you talked about genderfuck and I, well, I'm easy and all about pushing my boundaries and expanding my comfort zones. I just need to finish that story. ;)
