Ha, like that episode of SNL with Timberlake, where his crime-fighting crew tries to solve all their problems with dancing and then they get eaten by cave creatures! I feel sure that the Cobra Crew would escape via deus ex machina every week though, and then they'd end up back at Gabe's place drinking margaritas and watching Bring It On or something, and Patrick would come in all, "BY THE WAY, GUYS, I dropped off the evil ghost at the police station for you, it was really Mr. Henderson, the guy who owns the bookstore next to your practice space--he was pretending to haunt the club because thinks you make too much noise." And they'd be all, "Cool, Patrick, thanks," and, "Aw man, did he give the 'you meddling kids' speech? I totally wanted to hear that!" "We solved the mystery kids, time for a dance party!" And Patrick sulks with a bottle of tequila. It would be AWESOME.

Patrick would TOTALLY be the one to actually, like, solve the mystery every week. And Cobra Starship would always be like, wow, hey, we did it! That was easy. Man, why doesn't everybody become crimefighters?

POOR PATRICK. IT IS HARD BEING THE GROWN-UP. But how can you stay mad at the Cobra kids? Vicky-T will give him cuddles and Alex will make him yummy pasta to show their appreciation. And Gabe will make out with him. Whether he wants him to or not.

And every time Patrick gets hurt by the villain-of-the-week, afterwards they're all, "Patrick, what are you doing? Leave the crimefighting to the crimefighters, okay?!" and they don't actually seem to notice that the mystery doesn't get solved that week because Patrick's in the hospital, seething. They're still like, "We did it! Woo, dance party!"

The cuddles do make up for a lot, though. And at least they always have plenty of booze.
